Helping you inspire your students with inquiry based Science lessons

As a former middle school science teacher, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to implement labs and hands-on activities into the classroom.

I also know how valuable these experiences are for our students. They provide opportunities for inquiry learning, problem-solving, and collaboration.

My goal in the classroom was always to create these valuable science experiences for my students in ways that were easy for me to implement.

Through Scienceopoly, I now get to share my experiences and the curriculum I’ve developed with all of you.

At Scienceopoly, we start with the science phenomenon, using it to engage students and harness their critical thinking skills and natural curiosity.

I believe that all of us have an innate sense of wonder and we should foster that in our students, using it to spark a natural sense of enthusiasm for learning that can ignite a fire of understanding in science, and everywhere else.

I’m excited to share these resources and my experiences with you as you go forward in your own teaching journey.

After earning my bachelor’s degree in science and later my master’s degree in curriculum and instruction, and spending more than 16 years of experience in the classroom, I now have the pleasure of serving all of you through Scienceopoly!
